  • August 12th Monday through Sat 9am
  • 6pm (you will have one week day off in addition to sunday) We are seeking a motivated Turn Lease Assistant t o support our team during apartment turn season.
In this temporary role, you'll work closely with our leasing and maintenance teams to help ensure a smooth transition between residents while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a non-exempt, temporary position reporting directly to the Property Manager.
What You'll Do:
Support daily customer service operations to ensure a positive experience for residents and prospects. Provide excellent service to current, prospective, and former residents. Assist with apartment turnover efforts, helping prepare units for new move-ins. Support leasing activities, including greeting prospects, conducting tours, and assisting with lease agreements and move-in paperwork. Help with general office and administrative tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills and ability to learn property management systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to frequently walk and occasionally bend, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders. Must reside within 30 miles of the assigned property
