• 20 per hour We are seeking a reliable and motivated Property Manager to support daily operations at a residential property in Eustis, FL.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn. Responsibilities Shadow the current Manager to learn day-to-day operations. Fill vacancies and assist with the leasing process. Respond to tenant questions, concerns, and complaints professionally. Collect rent and maintain accurate records. Oversee general property upkeep and ensure the grounds are well-maintained. Answer phone calls and manage basic computer tasks. Walk the property regularly to ensure safety and cleanliness. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Must be able to walk the property as part of daily duties. Comfortable using phone systems and basic computer programs. Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. #3120FL
