We are seeking a dedicated and energetic male House Manager for our Sober Living community, committed to fostering a safe, supportive, and structured environment for residents on their recovery journey. In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with safety and health standards, and provide compassionate leadership to promote positive behavioral health and community engagement. Your proactive approach will help residents develop life skills, maintain sobriety, and build a strong foundation for lasting independence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in individuals' lives while managing the day-to-day functions of our sober living home. . Duties Supervise resident activities, ensuring adherence to house rules and recovery plans Provide crisis intervention and conflict management to address behavioral or emotional challenges Coordinate intake assessments Oversee security protocols, including monitoring access points and maintaining a safe environment Conduct regular safety checks, first aid responses, and emergency procedures to uphold health standards Requirements Proven supervising experience in a residential or social services setting Strong communication skills to effectively engage with residents, staff, and external partners Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and conflict management strategies Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion and professionalism Familiarity with intake procedures and case management processes Excellent organizational skills for data collection, filing, and maintaining resident records Join us in creating a nurturing environment where individuals can thrive on their path to recovery.
