residential community! This energized role offers the opportunity to lead property operations, foster positive tenant relationships, and ensure the seamless management of daily activities. As an essential part of our property management team, you will oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, compliance with housing regulations, and customer service excellence—all while creating a vibrant and welcoming environment for residents. Your proactive approach and leadership will drive the success of our property and enhance residents' living experiences. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations to ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction. Oversee property maintenance and facilities management, coordinating repairs and inspections to uphold safety standards and property appearance. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, Section 8 guidelines, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) requirements, and other relevant legal standards. Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite for data entry, rent processing, reporting, and record keeping. Conduct lease negotiations, prepare contracts, and handle legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law. Facilitate resident onboarding and conduct regular communication via phone etiquette and customer relationship management tools to foster positive relationships. Collaborate with maintenance teams to schedule repairs using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools while managing conflict resolution among residents or staff. Promote property leasing efforts through upselling amenities or available units while maintaining a professional office environment. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations. Familiarity with LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing vouchers, Yardi or OneSite property management systems, and CMMS software. Excellent customer service skills paired with effective conflict management and negotiation abilities. Strong organizational skills with experience in data entry, filing, contracts management, and office procedures. Knowledge of property maintenance procedures, facilities management practices, and legal administrative processes related to leasing. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while demonstrating professional phone etiquette and customer relationship management expertise. Valid experience in sales or upselling within a real estate or property setting is a plus.
