This position will be required to direct the development, and operation of resident services and programing to its defined population in addition to partnership creation and sustainability.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in accounting, Social Services, Business, or another relevant field preferred. Three years of HUD/Section 8 experience with at least one year in a supervisory or equally responsible position. HCV Specialist and FSS Specialist certifications must be obtained within the six-month introductory period. Valid Florida Driver's License.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
