Show Us What You Got:
50% traveling needed to support multiple locations as needed. Minimum 2 years of experience as a successful assistant community manager at a 250+ front door count community Exceptional customer service skills, and ability to role model and lead Team Members to perform to the TCC level of excellence. Strong understanding of financial plans with the ability to summarize and communicate results effectively Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a large leasing team preferred Commitment to TCC Curb appeal standards, with a great eye for detail Strong technical skills with Entrata and Excel preferred Proven track record of meeting the company customer service expectations and increasing reputation. Strong understanding of TCC lease and policies Foster creative ideas to increase ancillary income Eye for asset management Strong understanding of the service aspect of a community preferred Great floor plan management, and willingness to push rates with confidence Commitment to TCC Culture, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the organization High emotional intelligence and ability to effectively communicate to multiple audiences Our Culture•
