Job Description

Position Summary The Community Maintenance Liaison serves as the primary point of contact for residents regarding landscaping, grounds maintenance, and community appearance concerns. This position is responsible for receiving, documenting, tracking, and following up on maintenance requests while providing exceptional customer service to residents. The ideal candidate is highly organized, outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Respond to resident phone calls, emails, and inquiries regarding landscaping, grounds maintenance, irrigation, and community appearance concerns. Create, track, and update work orders to ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests. Coordinate with maintenance, landscaping, and vendor teams to address resident concerns and monitor project progress. Visit community locations and residences as needed to assess issues, gather information, and communicate solutions. Maintain accurate records of work orders, service requests, inspections, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation. Conduct follow-up communications with residents to ensure satisfaction and resolution of reported concerns. Assist with identifying recurring maintenance issues and recommend solutions to improve community appearance and resident satisfaction. Prepare reports and documentation for management regarding maintenance trends, resident concerns, and project status. Support special projects and community improvement initiatives as assigned. Maintain professional and positive relationships with residents, vendors, and fellow team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Previous customer service, property management, community association, maintenance coordination, or administrative experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email systems. Ability to accurately enter and maintain records and documentation. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Professional, friendly, and service-oriented attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong typing and data entry skills. Ability to work independently while maintaining effective communication with team members. Comfortable working both in an office environment and in the field visiting community locations. Ability to handle resident concerns with professionalism, diplomacy, and empathy. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive throughout the community. Ability to perform site visits and inspections in various weather conditions. Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
