This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with an established network of Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), brokers, and referral partners in the MCA space. We're looking for someone who excels at building relationships, driving consistent deal flow, and creating strategic partnerships that help scale a fast-growing funding company. Hollywood, FL Who We're Looking For A proven top producer with a track record of generating consistent deal flow Someone with an established network of ISOs, brokers, or referral partners A relationship-driven professional who understands how to develop and grow partner channels A motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Primary Responsibilities Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with Independent Sales Organizations Leverage your network to generate new funding opportunities and increase deal flow Evaluate, structure, and communicate funding proposals to ISO partners Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and quick turnaround times Support merchants and partners throughout the submission and funding process Contribute to achieving and exceeding monthly funding targets Requirements Previous experience as an ISO Relations Manager in the Merchant Cash Advance industry Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Professional interaction with management, sales teams, partners, and merchants Advanced computer skills, including Excel and Outlook Why Join Us?
