Job Description

Job Title:
Short-Term Rental (STR) Property Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and hospitality-driven Short-Term Rental Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of vacation rental properties. In this role, you will be fully responsible for maximizing property revenue, ensuring flawless property operations, and delivering an exceptional 5-star experience for our guests. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with hospitality tech platforms, strong local vendor relationships, and a sharp eye for property maintenance and presentation.
Key Responsibilities Listing & Revenue Optimization:
Work with the revenue and marketing team to optimize property listings. Helping to communicate and meet property owner goals.
Guest Experience Management:
Quickly respond to guest tickets and resolve any issues. Making sure the home is always guest ready to maintain top-tier ratings.
Turnover & Cleaning Coordination:
Schedule, manage, and inspect the work of cleaning crews between guest stays to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and staging.
Maintenance & Vendor Relations:
Conduct regular property inspections. Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, urgent repairs, and vendors to keep properties in pristine condition.
Inventory Control:
Monitor, purchase, and restock guest essentials (toiletries, coffee, linens, welcome baskets) across all properties.
Compliance & Reporting:
Monitor local STR regulations, HOA rules, and permit requirements to ensure 100% legal compliance. Provide the owner with concise monthly occupancy and revenue updates.
Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in short-term rental management, hospitality, boutique hotel operations, or residential property management.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Guesty, Hostaway, or Hospitable.
Availability:
Flexible schedule, including the ability to handle weekend, evening, and holiday guest emergencies or urgent maintenance issues.
Transportation:
Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to conduct property visits and vendor checks.
Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication, sharp conflict-resolution skills, strong attention to detail, and a self-motivated work ethic.
Pay:
$50,164.72 - $60,413.43 per year
