About us At Core International Realty Inc our goal is to provide excellent property management increasing profit to our clients and be fair and courteous to our tenants.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, problem solving, organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Property Manager Assistant / Realtor asistant In this role, you will be visiting and traveling to the rental properties on a daily basis. You will oversee daily operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and maximizing revenue. You will also show properties and rent to potential tenants.
Duties:
  • Leasing activities, including showing available units to prospective tenants, conducting background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
  • repair supervision
  • supervise renovations and repairs and advertise properties online for rental.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • work on the collection of rent payments and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to schedule repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Utilize property management software Rentecdirect to track leasing activity, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
  • create 360 property reports and advertising.
  • This is a 40 Hours a week job.
Pay:
  • there will be a three month trial.
  • Pay will be salary plus 35% comision per rental.
Qualifications:
  • English and Spanish speaking, writing skills
  • Real Estate rental experience preferred.
  • knowledge of home repairs to property diagnose issues
  • Have reliable car to visit properties on a daily basis
  • live in homestead or surrounding area
  • located in Homestead FL area and properties around Miami Dade
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or property management is preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry, microsoft office, scanning documents
  • Strong negotiation skills to handle lease agreements and vendor contracts
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
  • Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations
  • Familiarity with Section 8 housing programs is a plus
