Community Association Manager On-Site HOA Jacksonville, FL Job Details Full-time $57,359 - $60,735 a year 20 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications Fiscal management Accounts payable Landscape maintenance Maintenance management Empathy Full Job Description CAM's duties and responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the Board members, unit owners, and vendors. Prepare and attend monthly meeting packets for the board member meetings. Perform weekly property inspections to include landscaping, pool, buildings, and other existing amenities. Coordinate, schedule, and supervise all routine maintenance and repairs with maintenance staff and 3rd party vendors as required by the Board. Monitoring all vendor and contractor performance. Develop, implement, and supervise preventive maintenance and system maintenance programs. Review and approve bills and checks for accounts payable. Perform bi-monthly violation inspections and process to owners, submit reports to the board and follow up escalation. Prepare a draft of the annual budget for the association no later than 90 days before the beginning of the fiscal year. Solicit bids, schedule, and coordinate completion of projects planned in the annual budget and as directed by the Board of Directors.
