04/hr ($50,000/yr) 40 hours per week + $4,000 Short Term Incentives/yr The opportunity: The Property Manager is a critical position to our success as a company. The ideal candidate will be the main contact point for our residents and is expected to maintain our outstanding customer service track record. The person in this role builds our customer service reputation by handling rent collection and lease renewals for a portfolio of 2000 homes. This position will require excellent organization and time management skills to exceed expectations for our residents and owners. What you are great at (Responsibilities):
  • Facilitate rent collection and payments
  • Respond to phone calls and quickly adjust schedule as needs emerge
  • Communicate with Section 8 Dept and other community agencies
  • Responsible for lease renewals and resident relations
  • Provide superior customer service to JWB residents
  • Facilitate move out process with any residents vacating to ensure proper handling of utilities, possession of property, and expectation setting for move out related charges.
  • Ensure positive move in experience for all residents
