Job Description
We are seeking an exceptionally hands-on, operationally minded Multi-Property Manager & Owner's Representative to step into a dynamic leadership role overseeing multiple properties while working directly alongside ownership. This position is designed for someone who can immediately serve as the owner's trusted representative across a portfolio of residences and projects, with clear long-term growth potential into a full Estate Manager leadership role overseeing broader property operations, staff, and strategic estate management. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly capable property professional who wants to prove themselves through direct execution, project oversight, and operational excellence, while building toward larger portfolio authority and full estate leadership. This role begins with a strong focus on owner's representation, hands-on property oversight, project execution, and operational support across multiple properties. Over time, as trust and performance are established, this individual will have the opportunity to evolve into a more senior Estate Manager capacity with increasing responsibility over all properties, household operations, staff infrastructure, systems, and long-term strategic oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Owner's Representative & Property Operations Act as the owner's direct representative across multiple residential or investment properties Oversee day-to-day property conditions, maintenance schedules, and operational readiness Conduct regular in-person inspections to assess quality, identify issues, and ensure standards are upheld Coordinate repairs, preventative maintenance, vendor scheduling, and service execution Protect ownership interests by ensuring projects, repairs, and expenditures are properly managed Hands-On Project Oversight Lead renovations, remodels, repairs, and capital improvement initiatives Monitor contractors, vendors, and trades on site to ensure work quality, timeliness, and budget alignment Troubleshoot property and project issues in real time Source materials, review bids, and manage cost efficiency Maintain project momentum with minimal owner intervention Multi-Property Infrastructure Development Build and improve operational systems, documentation, vendor networks, and maintenance protocols Develop repeatable standards across all properties Support long-term planning for property improvements and asset preservation Assist in scaling management systems that can support future estate-level operations Vendor & Team Management Hire, negotiate with, and oversee vendors across all major trades Build trusted service networks Support oversight of household or maintenance staff where applicable Grow into broader staff leadership over timeGrowth Path:
Estate Manager Opportunity This role offers substantial upward mobility for the right candidate. As responsibilities expand, this individual may transition into: Full Estate Manager oversight across all properties Staff recruitment, training, and leadership Household systems and SOP creation Budget ownership across property portfolio Strategic planning for acquisitions, dispositions, and large-scale estate projects Leadership over property teams, household operations, and principal support functionsIdeal Candidate Profile:
Strong hands-on property, construction, maintenance, or owner's rep experience Proven ability to manage multiple moving parts, vendors, and projects Operationally sharp with a builder/fixer/problem-solver mindset Ambitious and eager to grow into larger estate leadership Comfortable in both field execution and strategic planning Mechanically inclined with practical knowledge of home systems and construction Strong communicator with ownership mentality Able to travel between properties as needed Experience in luxury residential, private service, estate, or portfolio property management preferredCompensation & Benefits:
