You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will report directly to the owner and company President. Prior experience working with HOA/Condominium Associations desired but not required. Duties include but not limited to: Day to day operations of our portfolio of properties Interact and work positively with residents and staff of all properties Work with vendors and contractors to ensure all obligations are fulfilled as outlined in their contract Assist homeowners and residents with all requests and concerns giving their best customer service Perform administrative duties for the manager and prepare and answer correspondence independently where appropriate. Assist with coordinating Board of Directors meetings, including annual, budget and special meeting notices Assist with all meetings and document meeting minutes
Skills and Abilities:
Must have a strong work ethic, be detail oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Must be proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook and proficiency researching the Internet. Excellent leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with staff and residents at all levels.
