About Us Dover International Company, Inc. is a dynamic and growing real estate firm specializing in residential/commercial/mixed-use properties. Our team is committed to delivering excellent service, expert advice, and a positive client experience. We are currently looking for a reliable and personable Property Manager/Assistant Bookkeeper/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with real estate experience be the face of our office and support daily operations. Position Overview As the Property Manager/Assistant Bookkeeper/Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, agents, and partners. Your role is essential in ensuring the office runs smoothly, professionally, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails Maintain a clean and organized office Schedule appointments and manage calendars for agents or executives Prepare and manage documents, reports, and listings Assist with marketing materials (e.g., flyers, open house signage, brochures) Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed Handle mail, deliveries, and courier services Provide general administrative support to agents and management Help coordinate meetings, events, or property showings Bank deposits Transportation is a
MUST Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred (real estate experience must) Must have property management experience Bookkeeping experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace and Appfolio Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude Knowledge of MLS systems, real estate software (e.g., Loopnet, DocuSign, or similar)
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30
PM Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
