Job Description

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to residents, guests, and associates in alignment with Belfair's core values. Promote and enforce property owners' compliance with governing documents; issue notices of violation as needed. Prepare agendas, manage calendars, and compile documentation for association and committee meetings. Code invoices and track projects using the AP software system. Represent the Community Manager in their absence at meetings and community events. Investigate and resolve resident complaints and community disturbances in accordance with established policies. Support the Security Department in managing tickets, documentation, and follow-up for violations. Respond to resident inquiries via phone and email within 24 hours. Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance or compliance issues. Track and report monthly data on compliance and operations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to quickly learn and support community management and security software systems. Prior experience in community or property management preferred. Regularly required to stand, talk, and listen. Frequently walks, uses hands, and reaches with arms. Occasionally stoops, kneels, crouches, or climbs. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception. Healthcare Benefits
