Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Commercial Property Manager to oversee daily operations, tenant relations, and vendor management on a contract basis. This role combines hands-on property oversight with proactive communications and organization - perfect for someone who values independence and direct involvement in keeping a property running smoothly. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to: Day-to-day operations of the Village, (including tenant communication), Lease administration Vendor coordination Maintenance over-sight Leasing support Representing ownership on-site Ensuring the property remains well-maintained, tenants are supported, and all business operations run efficiently. Compensation is based on experience and skills required.

Our portfolio includes a 64,000 sf mixed-use office and retail plaza that serves as a vibrant hub for local businesses and the surrounding community. Requirements Must be available on-call to handle emergencies. Self-starter with strong time-management, organizational and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to think, communicate and implement strategically. 3+ years of commercial property management and tenant improvement experience with demonstrated. track record of success. (Not currently accepting resumes with only residential property experience). Experience managing building engineers/techs, third-party vendors, and contractors. Florida real estate license required.
