The responsibilities are as follows but not limited to: Must have active Florida Community Association Manager License (Real Estate or Property Management license are not applicable) Provide executive direction of day to day and long-term operations of the association Guide the Board of Directors on the association's fiscal matters Review studies, reports and correspondence related to the operation of the association Be familiar and knowledgeable of the association's governing documents Ensure that the policies, resolutions and other acts of the board are carried out Assist accounting with the preparation of the association's annual budget Negotiate all association contracts, subject to the board's approval Management of the association, including planning, organizing and assigning work, delegation of authority and accountability management Ensure compliance with architectural and design covenants In addition, Vista CAM looks for the following attributes in their employees: Positive daily attitude Team Player Strong communication and verbal skills Strong work ethic and attendance Strong organization and attention to detail This is a great opportunity for a newly licensed community association manager as Vista CAM has a guided training plan to help you become successful in this industry.
