Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. This role involves managing facilities, supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and optimizing property performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and experience in facilities management to create a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to lead property operations with energy and enthusiasm, driving continuous improvement and excellence. Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and low/high voltage equipment. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely while adhering to schedules. Manage facilities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, inspections, and asset records. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing schematics, mechanical knowledge, and industrial maintenance best practices. Coordinate projects related to property upgrades or repairs, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify issues early and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, safety protocols, and compliance records in accordance with industry standards. Qualifications Proven management experience with supervisory responsibilities in facilities or industrial maintenance settings. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience, including familiarity with schematics and troubleshooting using tools such as ohmmeters. Experience working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, HVAC systems, and high/low voltage electrical systems. Knowledge of facilities management practices within manufacturing or industrial environments. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a safety-first culture. Proficiency in English for clear communication across diverse teams and stakeholders. Project management skills to oversee upgrades or repairs from planning through execution.
