Job Description

Our client, a leader in property management services, is seeking a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join their team. As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be an integral part of the property management department supporting the property operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Assist in managing daily property operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors to resolve issues promptly Support lease administration, including renewals and tenant communications Maintain accurate records of property activities and financial transactions Provide exceptional customer service to tenants and prospective clients What's Needed? No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Basic proficiency with computer applications and property management software What's in it for me?
