In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing property functions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and fostering positive relationships with residents, vendors, and stakeholders. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will drive community satisfaction, operational excellence, and long-term property value. About Us Suntree is a premier master-planned residential community with a variety of housing types. The development has 4,305 living units that include single-family homes, townhomes, multi-unit and apartments. All properties in Suntree are part of a master homeowners association (HOA) with strict Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Additionally, there are 44 sub-associations, 20 named communities, 13 home-golf course clusters within Suntree. Established in the late 1970's and early 1980's in Florida's Space Coast, Suntree is known for its natural beauty, strong sense of community, and active property owner base. Suntree operates through a community elected, nine-member Board of Directors (BOD), empowered through the state-filed Suntree Bylaws to enforce the state-filed CC&Rs, and balance community goals with the rights of individual owners. Responsibilities Manage day to day operations and oversee the administrative activities of Suntree's Master Homeowners Association under the directives of The Board of Directors and the established policies and procedures Ensure compliance with all applicable laws Enforce Suntree's Covenants and the Architectural Review Policies Ensure proper maintenance of common grounds, maintaining the high aesthetic standards of the community Monitor community recreational facilities and events Promote health, safety and security throughout the public and common areas and establish a strong relationship with the Homeowners, Public, Governmental Agencies, Suntree's Sub-associations, and the neighboring Associations Provide guidance to the Board of Directors on County and State Government activities, as well as, the neighboring Associations that affect the quality of life at Suntree Attend monthly Board meetings to provide administrative information and professional guidance in the conduct of Board business Ensure information is disseminated to the residents of Suntree on community happenings and Board of Directors activities using the established publications and website Communicate with all sub-associations regarding concerns and issues affecting their sub-associations Accept, compile and consolidate complaints and comments from residents Resolve conflicts among residents or staff through effective conflict management strategies and negotiation skills Monitor and review established procedures for billings for goods and services purchased, including methods of purchasing authorization, invoicing, payment authorization and payment Review monthly finance reports and report to the Board of Directors the financial position of Suntree monthly Ensure an annual audit is performed and that the results are presented to the membership at the Annual Meeting Assist the Finance Committee to develop the annual budget and manage the annual budget Prepare for Annual Election of nine member Board, using the Committees and staff, monitoring entire process to ensure timelines and all Government Regulations and Association requirements are met
