Hourly + commissions on leases! About Us Pro Business Centers owns and operates commercial business parks that provide warehouse, flex, and small-bay industrial space to local businesses. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and hands-on part-time Onsite Leasing & Property Coordinator to help support our Melbourne location. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable communicating with tenants and prospects, and willing to help with light property upkeep. Position Overview The Onsite Leasing & Property Coordinator will assist with showing available units, walking the property, identifying issues, coordinating with management, meeting vendors, and helping keep the property clean and presentable. This is a part-time, hourly position. The role requires someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and follow company procedures. Responsibilities Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Show available units to prospective tenants as needed Send photos or videos of vacant units when requested Walk the property regularly and report anything out of place Pick up litter and help keep the property clean and presentable Check vacant units and sweep or clean them out as needed Notify management of abandoned items, trash issues, excess vehicles, leaks, damage, or other concerns Meet vendors, contractors, or maintenance providers onsite when needed Assist existing tenants with basic property-related questions or concerns Meet with tenants to assess maintenance issues and report findings to management Post notices as directed by management Assist with overlocking units and updating the proper systems when applicable Assist with lock cuts, photos, or auction-related unit documentation when applicable Help ensure the property maintains a professional appearance Follow all company procedures for communication, documentation, leasing, and Fair Housing compliance Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be comfortable walking the property and performing light physical tasks Must be able to communicate professionally with tenants, prospects, vendors, and management Must be comfortable using a smartphone for photos, videos, apps, texts, and basic reporting Must be able to follow written procedures and company instructions Must have weekday availability and be reasonably reachable during normal business hours Prior property management, leasing, maintenance, customer service, or onsite property experience is helpful but not required Physical Requirements This position may require walking the property, standing, bending, lifting light items, sweeping units, picking up litter, and being outdoors at times. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is responsible, friendly, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of the property's appearance.
