$800 per week Lead, Support, and Create Unforgettable Student Experiences This is more than a summer job. As a Centre Activities & Welfare Manager with Experience USA, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, engaging, and memorable experience for international students visiting the United States. You'll oversee two groups of international students, lead excursions throughout the Miami area, support student wellbeing, and help create a positive residential community on campus. Working closely with teachers and center leadership, you'll ensure students are safe, supported, and making the most of every aspect of their program. What You'll Do Lead Excursions and Activities Plan, coordinate, and lead local excursions and cultural activities Ensure students are engaged, supervised, and enjoying their experience Act as a positive role model and ambassador for the program Manage schedules and logistics to ensure activities run smoothly Encourage student participation and foster an inclusive environment Support Student Welfare Oversee the wellbeing, comfort, and safety of assigned student groups Serve as a primary point of contact for student concerns and questions Monitor student behavior and address issues professionally and appropriately Ensure safeguarding and supervision standards are maintained at all times Support residential life and help build a welcoming community atmosphere Collaborate with Academic and Center Teams Work closely with teachers to support student success both inside and outside the classroom Attend daily staff meetings and briefings Communicate important student updates to the Centre Director and leadership team Assist with arrivals, departures, orientation sessions, and special events Support overall center operations as needed Create a Positive International Experience Help students build confidence and independence while studying abroad Encourage cultural exchange and meaningful interactions among students Contribute to a fun, supportive, and memorable summer environment Represent Experience USA professionally at all times What We're Looking For Required Experience working with teenagers, young adults, or student groups Local knowledge of Miami area Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment High level of maturity, responsibility, and professionalism Ability to live and work on campus for the duration of the program Preferred Experience in student affairs, residential life, summer camps, youth programs, study abroad, or international education Experience leading activities, tours, excursions, or group events Experience supervising staff or student groups First Aid and CPR certification Why This Role Stands Out Live and work on a university campus in Miami Lead exciting excursions and cultural experiences Work with students from around the world Develop leadership, management, and international education experience Build lasting friendships and professional connections Be part of a collaborative and energetic summer team Make a meaningful impact in students' lives in just one summer Additional Details Full availability is required for the duration of the program Evening and weekend work will be required Residential accommodation and meals are provided All offers are contingent upon successful background checks and reference checks Equal Opportunity Employer Experience USA is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and students.
