Job Description

Company Overview We are a growth-oriented, vertically integrated real estate investment and asset management firm overseeing more than $2B in commercial assets across the United States. Our platform invests strategically in long-term mega-trends, leveraging fully integrated in-house capabilities across acquisition, development, property management, and asset disposition. We pride ourselves on serving leading family offices and private banks with institutional-grade management.

Role Summary Reporting directly to senior leadership , the Commercial Property Manager will take full operational charge of a dynamic portfolio of approximately 20 commercial assets, primarily consisting of industrial and retail triple-net (NNN) properties. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role requiring an operationally rigorous professional who can act as the primary, trusted point of contact for high-net-worth international investors. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day operations independently, ensuring strict compliance and financial accuracy across the assigned portfolio.

PMeducation:
BachelorsResponsibilities Act as primary contact for international clients ; prepare monthly performance reports and variance analyses. Prepare annual property budgets and reforecasts ; process collections and execute CAM reconciliations using Excel. Manage daily operations for a 20-asset commercial portfolio autonomously ; ensure compliance with taxes, loan covenants, and local regulations. Identify, negotiate, and monitor contractors ; oversee CAPEX, tenant improvements, and building inspections. Manage workflows including lease abstractions, file maintenance, and tenant transitions. Mentor and develop an Assistant Property Manager.
Requirements Education:
Bachelor s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
3+ years in commercial property/asset management handling multiple institutional assets (5+ years preferred) .
Language:
Mandatory full written and verbal Spanish fluency to interface with investors.
Skills:
strong quantitative acumen, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting. Knowledge of systems like Yardi is preferred.

Ability to work 100% on-site in Brickell and manage a portfolio independently.
