Position Overview The Lead Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and upkeep of private luxury estates and condominiums. Acting as the primary point of contact for owners and their representatives, the Lead Estate Manager ensures seamless property operations, supervises maintenance teams and vendors, and delivers the highest level of service with discretion and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Embrace and execute Luxury Residential Management's culture of precision, discretion, excellence and guiding Standards of Excellence. Manage the daily operations of assigned estates and condominiums, ensuring all properties are maintained to five-star standards. Conduct regular property inspections, addressing maintenance issues and verifying readiness at all times. Oversee and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules for building systems, landscaping, pools, and other estate assets. Supervise in-house staff, vendors, and contractors, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard. Prepare and monitor property operating budgets, track expenses, and provide reports to ownership. Perform pre-arrival inspections and readiness preparations for owners and guests. Work with the Director of Estate Maintenance and Projects to plan, seek contractor bids, manage, and oversee maintenance, renovation, restoration, and capital improvement projects, from scope development to completion. Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance oversight. Respond promptly to emergencies, service requests, and unexpected issues, maintaining discretion and professionalism. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and community requirements. Serve as the trusted liaison between ownership, staff, and outside service providers. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury estate management, high-end residential property management, or private service. Strong knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination. Experience in managing staff and multiple service providers. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously. Professional demeanor with exceptional communication and client service skills. Discretion, integrity, and ability to work with UHNW clientele. Technical proficiency with property management software and reporting tools (preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
