Clinical Supervisor (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) - Community Behavioral Health Naples, FL | Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + Sign-On Bonus Advance Your Leadership Career Healthcare Recruiters International is partnering with a confidential, mission-driven behavioral health organization to recruit an experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead a multidisciplinary community behavioral health team serving children, adolescents, young adults, and families. What You'll Do Provide clinical supervision and leadership to a multidisciplinary behavioral health team. Support, mentor, and develop licensed and unlicensed clinicians. Ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services are delivered to children, adolescents, young adults, and families. Review assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and clinical progress. Maintain a small clinical caseload while providing leadership and oversight. Assist with program development, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with agency leadership and community partners. Support staff recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and professional development. Monitor productivity, clinical outcomes, and documentation standards. Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field. Active Florida license as an
LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
, or other qualified independent clinical license. Previous clinical supervision or leadership experience. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Community behavioral health experience. Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and best practices. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
