Location Southwest Florida Employment Type Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Landscape Maintenance Technician to service luxury residential estates throughout Southwest Florida. This role requires a detail-driven professional who takes pride in delivering premium-level results. Key Responsibilities Maintain estate lawns, ornamentals, and beds to premium standards Precision mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Detail work around pools, pavers, and high-end features Monitor turf for pests, disease, and deficiencies Perform selective pruning of palms and ornamentals Operate and maintain commercial landscape equipment Maintain professional appearance and client interaction Qualifications 2+ years landscape maintenance experience High-end residential or HOA experience preferred Strong attention to detail Valid driver's license Knowledge of SWFL turf and ornamentals preferred Performance Standards Zero missed areas or visible imperfections Clean, sharp lines and cuts No debris left behind Proactive communication of issues
