Job Description

Job title: Portfolio Community Association Manager Job description: We are a well-established property management company serving condominuim and commercial associations in Naples and Ft. Myers. We are currently looking to add an experienced Portfolio Community Association Manager to our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience managing or working with homeowners' associations and have an active Florida CAM license . The candidate must have excellent communication skills and will be expected to work professionally with the residents, Board of Directors, and vendors.
List of responsibilities:
Coordinate with vendors and facilitates projects that improve the community or services of the community Must professionally communicate with board members and residents Attend association board and membership meetings and record the minutes Enforce community association rules and governing documents Coordinates the preparations, printing, and distribution of special materials such as election materials Reviews and approves invoices and investigates any problems. Works with accounting to resolve for payment Responsible for gathering agenda items and monthly reports and assembling the board packet for meetings Coordinates and posts notice for board meetings and coordinates the transcription of the minutes Responsible for handling general community related questions and concerns Responsible for community website maintenance Responsible for creating the annual budget for communities Will perform regular property inspections Research Florida statutes to address board and resident questions
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED Community Association Portfolio Management experience Licensed Community Association Manager required Takes initiative, is a self-starter Ability to work independently Attention to detail Maintains confidentiality of all residents, staff, and Association information Must be a team player Efficient in Enumerate, Excel, and Microsoft office a plus
