Hometown America has a unique opportunity available for an Office Assistant at Del Tura located in N Fort Myers, FL.
You will be responsible for:
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and residents;Perform vital administrative duties supporting the operations of the community;Support the community manager with rent collection, delinquency and expense control, and financial goals;Develop positive and productive relationships with residents to nurture a strong sense of community;Collaborate and plan creative resident events to ensure positive relations and retention; andPerform duties relevant to home sales and leasing.
