This role is vital in ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems function optimally, providing a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. The Property Manager will lead facilities maintenance teams, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader with strong technical expertise to drive operational excellence and enhance property value. Duties Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance teams responsible for mechanical systems repair, electrical work (including high and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, HVAC systems, and industrial equipment. Manage the scheduling, planning, and execution of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure timely repairs and preventive maintenance. Oversee the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems using schematics, engineering troubleshooting techniques, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, including proper handling of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems, as well as adherence to safety protocols. Develop and manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating with contractors and vendors to meet project timelines and budgets. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system performance, and safety inspections for regulatory compliance. Lead efforts in managing facilities management tasks such as managing plumbing system repairs, HVAC system repairs including HVAC troubleshooting, and general industrial maintenance to optimize operational efficiency. Skills Proven management experience leading facilities maintenance teams in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in mechanical systems repair and troubleshooting. Extensive electrical experience including working with high voltage and low voltage systems; familiarity with schematics is essential. Skilled in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on safety regulations and team leadership. Ability to interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately. Experience managing projects related to facilities management using project management principles. Knowledge of CMMS software for maintenance management; ability to analyze data for continuous improvement. Competency in plumbing system maintenance and repair along with general industrial maintenance practices. Strong communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
