In this energetic role, you will oversee property management activities, ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and foster positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders. Your leadership will drive property performance, enhance resident satisfaction, and ensure smooth administrative processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage diverse properties while utilizing your strong organizational and customer service skills to create vibrant, well-maintained communities. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and resident relations Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to ensure safe, clean, and well-functioning communities Resolve conflicts effectively through negotiation and conflict management techniques while maintaining excellent customer service standards Requirements Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a focus on residential communities Knowledge of Fl 720 regarding HOA's Strong proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and Office software tools Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and relationship management abilities Experience in legal administrative procedures related to contracts and lease agreements Ability to handle conflict resolution confidently while maintaining positive tenant relations Demonstrated skills in negotiation, and contract management Facilities management experience including property maintenance oversight and vendor coordination Join us as a vital part of our team where your expertise will help shape thriving communities!
