Assistant Property Manager Palm Beach Estate | Full-time | Year-round An established Palm Beach family is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to support the operations, maintenance, and overall readiness of several luxury residences in Palm Beach and Miami. The family's homes operate to exceptionally high standards, similar to a five-star resort environment, requiring a professional who is equally comfortable overseeing property operations, supporting hospitality standards, and handling hands-on responsibilities as needed. This role is ideal for a polished, operationally minded professional who takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards behind the scenes. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, highly dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced private environment where discretion, follow-through, and flexibility are essential. This position works closely with a tenured Regional Property Manager and a co-Assistant Property Manager, creating strong team support while ensuring seamless property coverage and operations year-round. Responsibilities Report to the Regional Property Manager and Family Office team while working collaboratively with the existing property operations team. Serve as a hands-on operational lead for a primary Palm Beach estate and supporting residences in PB and Miami. Maintain the residences and grounds to impeccable standards, including oversight of mechanical systems, exterior areas, lighting, landscaping, pool operations, vendor activity, and general property readiness. Assist with preventative maintenance, property inspections, digital checklists, and operational troubleshooting. Coordinate and oversee vendors to ensure work is completed properly and efficiently. Support all aspects of vehicle fleet management. Coordinate seasonal operations and support family and guest arrivals/departures, events, and residence preparation. Administrative responsibilities including vendor contracts, insurance tracking, timesheets, operational reporting, budgeting support, and documentation management. Work closely with the hospitality and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless execution and consistently elevated standards throughout the residences. Assist with special projects, operational needs, and additional hands-on responsibilities as requested. Ideal Candidate Profile Experience working in luxury estates, UHNW residences, luxury hospitality operations, private clubs, yachting, or other high-touch service environments with demanding operational standards. Strong operational instincts with the ability to independently identify issues, prioritize tasks, and execute efficiently. Hands-on, resourceful, and willing to assist wherever needed; no task is too small. Comfortable overseeing property systems, vendors, maintenance projects, and day-to-day operational details. Polished, professional, and highly discreet with a calm, low-ego approach. Demonstrates strong accountability, consistency, and follow-through in all aspects of the role. Thrives in structured environments with high expectations and shifting priorities. Flexible with scheduling demands, especially during the busy season (October through May), including nights, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed. Strong administrative and organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property-related systems. Valid driver's license required. Schedule Typical schedule is 5 days/week. Shared coverage with a co-Assistant Property Manager, including weekends and holidays as needed. Additional hours and schedule flexibility are expected during the busy season (Oct May), family visits, holidays, and special events. Compensation and Benefits Annual base compensation of $135,000 to $150,000 with excellent benefits including annual discretionary bonus, health/dental/vision coverage, 401(k), paid holidays, PTO, and more. #indmps
