Job Description

Property Management & Vacation Rentals•
Panama City Beach, Florida Location:
In-person Pay:
$15•18 per hour
DOE Schedule:
Thursday•Monday 9:00 AM•5:00 PM While the standard schedule is Monday-Friday, occasional after-hours responsiveness may be required as short term rental emergencies (like maintenance or lockouts) often happen outside traditional business hours. Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Office Assistant to join our growing property management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality, customer service, organization, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment. You will serve as a key point of communication between guests, vendors, inspectors, cleaners, and management while helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations across multiple vacation rental properties. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, tech-savvy, and able to communicate with kindness and confidence while handling guest concerns and operational tasks. ResponsibilitiesGuest & Customer Service Respond to guest inquiries professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms Handle Airbnb resolutions, guest concerns, and follow-up communication Provide check-in instructions and reservation support Analyze guest reviews and identify opportunities for improvement Maintain professional and friendly communication with guests Property Operations & Coordination Coordinate with inspectors, cleaners, and maintenance vendors Schedule maintenance appointments and operational tasks using Google Calendar Track property maintenance and completed work for each property Register guest parking and community access information Assist with office organization and laundry operations as needed Administrative Support Document expenses and maintain accurate records Review and verify cleaning invoices Track tasks, operational needs, and ongoing projects Input and manage data in spreadsheets and property management systems Assist management with daily administrative tasks Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm under pressure Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Proficient with computers, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and data entry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks Preferred Experience Experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, or vacation rental/property management Familiarity with property management systems such as OwnerRez Previous hospitality, hotel, front desk, or guest services experience Experience handling guest conflicts or issue resolution What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable Positive attitude and team-player mentality Flexible and adaptable Strong problem-solving skills Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations Why Join Us?
