Job Description

Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with at least one (1) year of experience to oversee the daily operations of a condominium association. This is an onsite position responsible for implementing board directives, maintaining property standards, and ensuring excellent service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors , residents, and vendors Oversee daily operations of the condominium, ensuring compliance with governing documents and Florida Statutes (Chapter 718) Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Manage and track service contracts, proposals, and vendor performance Assist with preparation and execution of board meetings, including agendas, notices, and minutes Enforce rules and regulations, including issuing violation notices and coordinating with the fining committee when applicable Review financial reports, invoices, and budgets; assist the Board with financial planning and cost control Coordinate projects, including capital improvements and preventative maintenance Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner Maintain accurate records, reports, and association files
Qualifications:
Active Florida LCAM license (required) Minimum of 1 year of experience managing condominiums or HOAs Strong knowledge of Florida Condominium Law (Chapter 718) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in property management software (e.g., CINC, AppFolio, Vantaca, or similar) is a plus Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Work Environment & Schedule:
Full-time, onsite position May require occasional evening availability for board meetings Professional office setting within the condominium property
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience Benefits package may include health insurance, PTO, and 401(k) (if applicable) Preferred Skills (Not Required): Experience with financial oversight, budgeting, and reserves Experience managing vendors and large-scale projects Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
