We are hiring a high‑performing Assistant Property Manager to support operations, leasing, and resident services at our apartment community. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast‑paced environment and is ready to take ownership of key operational tasks. Responsibilities Drive leasing performance and meet occupancy goals Manage rent collection, delinquencies, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with company policies and Florida housing regulations Oversee resident relations, conflict resolution, and retention efforts Support inspections, turns, and coordination with vendors Maintain accurate administrative and operational records Requirements 1+ year of property management or leasing experience Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks Familiarity with property management systems (RealPage/OneSite preferred)
