Job Description

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the financial performance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance of multiple properties within an assigned region. This role provides leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to Property Managers while acting as a key liaison between ownership, vendors, and corporate leadership. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of a multi‑property portfolio Lead, mentor, and evaluate on‑site Property Managers Ensure properties meet budget, occupancy, and NOI goals Review financial statements, approve expenses, and prepare forecasts Enforce company policies, procedures, and fair housing compliance Conduct regular property inspections and audits Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality Address escalated resident, vendor, and operational issues Support leasing, marketing, and retention initiatives Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on strategic planning
