Community Highlights:

Two pools, fitness center, billiards/game room, sauna, café (40 seats), private bottle club, beachfront access. The facility is currently undergoing its 50-year certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of all amenities and facilities Supervise staff: maintenance (8), admin (2), and security (7 AM-11 PM) Lead coordination of 50-year certification, inspections, and vendors Report to the Board of Governors Manage budgets, contracts, and capital projects Ensure compliance with Florida regulations and CAM standards

Qualifications:

Active Florida CAM license 5+ years community/property management experience Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills Experience with large or amenity-rich properties preferred

Compensation:

$85,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience
