Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management and customer service, ensuring a positive living experience for all residents. This role requires excellent communication skills, conflict management abilities, and a thorough understanding of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations. Duties Assist in managing all aspects of property operations, including leasing, collections, and resident relations. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and landlord-tenant laws. Utilize AppFolio for data entry, filing, and customer relationship management. Handle resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism and effective conflict resolution strategies. Assist in conducting regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards are met. Facilitate lease agreements and negotiations while adhering to legal requirements. Implement marketing strategies to promote property leasing and upsell available services. Maintain accurate records of contracts, maintenance requests, and resident communications. Collaborate with maintenance and upper management to address property issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance resident satisfaction and community engagement. Experience

Proven experience in property management isREQUIRED.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies in a residential context. Experience with legal administrative tasks related to landlord-tenant law is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with residents and vendors. Background in administrative roles with proficiency in data entry and office management practices.
