Our mission revolves around providing unmatched customer service and fostering a safe, inviting atmosphere people are proud to call home. βœ… What You'll Do Lead the apartment community to achieve maximum marketing and financial results Implement company policies across leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations Supervise and motivate on-site personnel, including administrative staff, leasing consultants, maintenance staff, and housekeepers Own budget objectives and control expenditures Perform market analysis and recommend competitive pricing Manage employee schedules, training, and performance evaluations Coordinate resident services and community activities Ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and safety standards Direct community maintenance and improvement initiatives πŸ“‹ What You Bring πŸŽ“ Education Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; college coursework or training in Property Management preferred πŸ’Ό Experience 3 to 5 years in the apartment industry with supervisory or management experience Prior experience managing new construction luxury lease-up communities preferred Detail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Familiarity with Yardi property management software a plus Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines πŸ› οΈ Skills & Certifications Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software such as Yardi Strong communication, organizational, and analytical problem-solving skills Registered Apartment Manager or CAM certification preferred Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a strong plus Valid Driver's License required 🎁 What We Offer Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match of $0.50 for every $1.00 up to 6% Student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement opportunities Paid sick time, vacation time, and real opportunities for career advancement πŸš€ Ready to Grow With Us?
