Job Description

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION MANAGERS LICENSE REQUIRED
Alliance Realty and Management is a small business in St. Augustine, FL. We are fast-paced, innovative, demanding and our goal is to provide the highest quality service to our customers.
Our work environment includes:
Safe work environment Lively atmosphere Flexible working hours On-the-job training Deliver leadership and top quality portfolio management services to the Homeowners Associations we service. Work directly with the Supervising Manager, the Board of Directors and the residents of the communities. Work under the direction of the Supervising Manager in meeting guidelines of Board of Directors Inspects community and facilities at least twice monthly in order to determine maintenance, and security needs Document enforcement violations. Documents, interviews, and assists residents regarding complaints. Prepares for and attends Board meetings, Annual meetings, or special meetings of the Association and its homeowners. • Provides monthly management report to Board of Directors with recommendations, as appropriate, to enhance community appearance values, and promote harmony among residents. Review monthly financials before they are sent to the Board. Work within the budget of the community. Solicits bids or maintenance and construction projects and participates in the selection of contractors and vendors. Assists in the preparation of the annual reports and budgets for the associations assigned. Assists with scheduling of meetings, location for meeting and set up/tear down. Processes and tracks all architectural requests by homeowners. Work week may require after hours and very occasional weekend work/meetings and the ability to respond to on-call requests to respond to emergencies.
