Part Time Affordable Property Manager

Duties Manage tenant relations by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving conflicts promptly and professionally Oversee property leasing processes, including screening applicants, conducting tours, and executing lease agreements using property management software. Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, Fair Housing regulations, and other legal requirements through diligent record-keeping and administrative oversight Maintain accurate data entry of tenant information, rent payments, and legal documentation using systems such as Resman. Conduct regular inspections to monitor property conditions and ensure adherence to health and safety standards Prepare reports on occupancy rates, lease status, and maintenance activities for internal review and regulatory compliance Experience Proven experience in property management roles with a focus on affordable housing programs like LIHTC or Section 8 Familiarity with legal administrative procedures related to landlord-tenant law, contracts, and fair housing regulations Hands-on experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively Knowledge of facilities management practices including property maintenance coordination and data entry accuracy Office experience demonstrating proficiency in filing, phone etiquette, and administrative support functions This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to vibrant communities while honing their skills in property management.
