About Us Our company is a privately held commercial real estate management company specializing in executive office suites, virtual offices, and commercial office space throughout the Tampa Bay area. Our portfolio includes approximately 250 office suites across multiple locations, with a focus on providing professional, flexible workspace solutions to businesses of all sizes. We are seeking a highly organized, self-driven Commercial Property Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of their work. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to grow with a dynamic and expanding company. Position Overview The Commercial Property Manager will oversee daily operations for a portfolio of commercial office and retail properties throughout Tampa Bay. This role combines property operations, tenant relations, leasing, vendor coordination, and financial oversight. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, responsive, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently. Occasional travel between properties is required. Our main office is located in downtown St. Petersburg. Responsibilities Market and show offices to prospective tenants Manage day-to-day operations of commercial office buidings Maintain tenant relationships and communications Coordinate vendors, contractors, cleaners, and maintenance personnel Oversee property maintenance and ensure buildings are professionally maintained Manage leasing activities and tenant move-in/move-out experiences Monitor rent collections and assist with delinquency and collections Manage financials, bookkeeping, budgeting, reporting Conduct regular property inspections Utilize property management software to manage operations Qualifications 5+ years of property management experience Marketing, advertising, lead generating prospective tenants Strong leasing and sales experience Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Bookkeeping and accounting skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented and solution-focused Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required To Apply Please submit your resume and a brief introduction outlining your relevant experience and why you would be a strong fit for this role.
