Community Manager - Lease-Up CommunitySanta Rosa Beach, Florida Lead the Launch of an Exceptional Coastal Community We are seeking an experienced and driven Community Manager to oversee the lease-up and daily operations of an elevated residential community in beautiful Santa Rosa Beach. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in establishing a premier living experience, building a strong resident culture, and driving the successful stabilization of a luxury property from the ground up. The ideal candidate is a polished professional with a passion for hospitality, relationship-building, operational excellence, and achieving leasing goals. This individual will serve as the face of the community, ensuring every prospective and current resident experiences the highest level of service and care. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the lease-up process, including marketing, outreach, leasing, and resident retention strategies. Deliver a best-in-class resident experience through exceptional customer service and relationship management. Oversee daily community operations, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards. Develop and execute local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and community engagement programs. Manage budgets, financial reporting, occupancy goals, and performance metrics. Recruit, mentor, and lead onsite team members to foster a culture of professionalism and excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and operational procedures. Collaborate with ownership and regional leadership to achieve leasing and operational objectives. Qualifications Previous experience in multifamily property management, with community management experience preferred. Lease-up experience strongly preferred. Proven success in leasing, resident relations, and operational management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience managing budgets and property performance metrics. Proficiency with property management software and technology platforms. A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering an elevated resident experience.
