Commercial Property Manager

Michael Saunders & Company's Commercial Division (MSC Commercial) is seeking a dynamic experienced Commercial Property Manager who will also perform business development duties. This person will develop and manage their own portfolio while assisting with our existing one. MSC Commercial Property Manager provides a complete range of commercial building services with offices located in Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties so our clients have the convenience of working with a single provider for all their commercial property management and maintenance needs including: Tenant Relations Tenant Retention Lease Management CAM Budgets Contract Negotiations Income & Expense Bookkeeping Monthly Financials with Current Rent Roll. Building Maintenance -HVAC Repair and Monitoring, Building Fire & Safety, Elevator Maintenance Services, Sweeping Services, Porter Services, Trash & Recycling Removal, Janitorial Services, Pressure Washing, Hydro-Cleaning, Painting Services, Sealcoating & Striping Services, Asphalt Repair Services, Parking Lot Maintenance Service.

Qualifications:

Exceptional phone skills - communicating, calling and closing. Must possess the ability to procure and follow up on sales leads Must be able to measure, calculate, estimate jobs and prepare proposals using MS Office. Must have a reliable work history, transportation, valid driver license, and current car insurance.
