Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized District Property Manager to lead and oversee multiple residential properties within a designated region. This energetic leader will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, leasing, and compliance of properties while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a passion for property management, and the ability to motivate and coordinate teams across various locations. Your proactive approach will help maximize property performance, foster positive tenant relationships, and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards. Duties Manage day-to-day operations across multiple properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations Oversee property budgets, financial reporting, and rent collection processes using property management software such as Yardi Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and requirements Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management to uphold safety and quality standards Conduct regular site visits to monitor property conditions, resolve issues promptly, and support onsite teams Lead leasing efforts through upselling available units and maintaining high occupancy rates Handle conflict management with tenants or staff professionally and efficiently while fostering positive relationships Requirements Proven experience in property management Provide outstanding customer service Train and Develop staff Spanish speaking preferred Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi and CRM Legal administrative experience including contracts, lease agreements, and legal documentation processing Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Ability to manage conflict effectively and negotiate solutions beneficial to all parties involved Experience in real estate administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) or similar tools Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in office procedures like filing and data management Facilities management knowledge including property maintenance oversight and vendor coordination Demonstrated ability to upsell units or services to enhance revenue streams Join us in leading vibrant communities by managing properties with enthusiasm, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. $62,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
