This role is ideal for a professional who excels in leadership, organization, and customer service, and who is committed to maintaining a well-managed, harmonious community. As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the association, fostering positive relationships with residents, board members, vendors, and staff. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the condominium association Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors, residents, vendors, and Seacrest Services Prepare for and attend board meetings, annual meetings, and committee meetings Assist with budget preparation and monitor community expenditures Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects Conduct regular property inspections to ensure community standards are upheld Manage vendor contracts and relationships with service providers Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns Ensure compliance with governing documents, association policies, and applicable regulations Maintain accurate records and community documentation Qualifications Active Florida CAM License required Minimum of 3 years of community association management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Experience with community association management software Vantaca preferred Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently Benefits Medical, vision, and dental insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Life insurance 401(k) matching Offered compensation: $80,000/yr Experience and License Requirements Customer Service LCAM Operations Supervisor/Management
