Horse and Chaise Rentals and Property Management, Inc. is a locally owned and operated rental and property management organization located in Venice, FL. We are an award winning team dedicated to providing property owners and investors with quality, professional, and honest property management services. We are looking for a highly motivated, customer service oriented, and organized individual to manage property activities for both annual and seasonal rentals. This role requires skilled multi-tasking, an attention to detail, problem solving skills, the ability to resolve conflict effectively, and some level of confidence with technology. If you are comfortable working in a busy office environment, prioritizing many daily tasks, and delivering a great client experience, you may be the right fit!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the on-boarding of new clients and properties. Coordinate leads and conversion efforts by maintaining CRM systems, respond effectively and timely to customer leads, and schedule and execute property showings. Process applications for long term rentals in compliance with all state and federal guidelines and in accordance with company policy. Execute leasing activities; including lease preparation, lease execution, HOA approvals, money collection, utility verification, and document management. Prepare for Move-Ins and follow ups to ensure customer satisfaction remains a focus. Enforce Management and Lease terms with all relevant parties; serving notices and performing property inspections. Assist in lease renewal and move-out activities. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 year experience in similar field or capacity. Florida Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate required Strong organization & scheduling skills Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Capable of working independently and manage processes with many moving parts. Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office, task management software, and property management software. Experience with other real estate technology preferred. Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service.
