Job Description

Regional Property Manager
  • Lease-Up Multifamily Housing
  • Base Salary to 140k/year
  • West Palm Beach, FL Our client, a growing property management organization, is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to support a portfolio of multifamily communities in the West Palm Beach, FL market.
This position will focus heavily on lease-up execution, occupancy growth, revenue optimization, and operational performance across multiple properties. The Regional Property Manager will partner with onsite leadership teams to drive leasing results, support asset stabilization efforts, and ensure consistent operational standards throughout the portfolio.
Responsibilities:
Lead and support lease-up strategies across a portfolio of multifamily communities to achieve occupancy, absorption, and stabilization goals Recruit, hire, train, develop, and coach onsite property management teams Provide leadership and accountability to Community Managers and leasing teams to improve leasing performance and operational execution Monitor leasing activity, traffic, conversion ratios, occupancy trends, and competitive market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement Partner with Revenue Management and Asset Management teams to optimize pricing strategies, concessions, and inventory management Review and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reports Oversee portfolio financial performance, including budget adherence, expense control, rent collections, delinquency management, and NOI growth Partner with Asset Management teams on budgeting, forecasting, and lease-up financial planning initiatives Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and reporting requirements Address resident concerns and escalated issues professionally and in accordance with company standards Oversee marketing initiatives and leasing campaigns to support occupancy goals and leasing velocity Conduct property inspections to ensure communities maintain strong curb appeal, model presentation, and amenity readiness Monitor unit turn performance and ensure vacant units are prepared efficiently for leasing activity Develop and execute resident retention and renewal strategies to support long-term occupancy goals Audit leasing files, move-in documentation, and renewal processes for accuracy and compliance Evaluate maintenance operations to ensure service standards, preventative maintenance programs, and property readiness expectations are met Oversee vendor relationships, capital improvement projects, and property enhancement initiatives Analyze market conditions and competitive data to support leasing, pricing, and operational decision-making
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in multifamily housing with multi-site property management responsibilities 5+ years of experience managing lease-up multifamily communities Experience overseeing luxury, high-end, or Class A multifamily lease-up properties Experience leading Community Managers, leasing teams, and onsite property operations across multiple locations Strong experience analyzing occupancy, leasing performance, revenue, and property financial metrics Experience developing and executing lease-up strategies designed to achieve absorption and stabilization goals Ability to travel throughout the assigned portfolio for regular site visits Reliable transportation for property visits Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business needs require
Compensation:
Base salary in the 110k
