Your Role and Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of technicians, ensuring they provide exceptional service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Use your experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites to guide your team and troubleshoot any challenges that arise. Foster a positive work environment where team members feel valued and encouraged to excel. Succeed:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, minimum of 5 year driving history. Experience in pest control, lawn care, and/or termites Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example and coach your team to success A valid driver's license and the ability to work at least a 40-hour workweek Willingness to work weekends as needed Ready to Take the Next Step?
