What You'll Be Responsible For Leading all day-to-day operations of the community Driving occupancy, leasing performance, and resident retention Managing property budgets, financial reporting, and expense control Recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing team members Ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction and customer service Maintaining compliance with company policies, fair housing regulations, and operational procedures Overseeing vendor relationships and contract management Collaborating with maintenance leadership to preserve the asset and resident experience Creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance What We're Looking For Previous Property Manager experience in multifamily housing Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance metrics Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams Experience driving occupancy and revenue growth Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities What Success Looks Like Occupancy goals are consistently achieved Residents renew because of the experience your team delivers Team members are engaged, developed, and accountable Budgets are managed effectively and NOI is protected Operational challenges are addressed before they become larger problems The community operates at a level residents, ownership, and team members are proud of Compensation & Benefits $79,000
